Once Perks (coupons) are claimed, points associated with that perk will be automatically reduced from the point balance. CLAIMED perks must be used prior to the expiration date. Expired coupons, will not be eligible for future use and/or points will not be added back to the account. We encourage you to claim the coupon once you are checking out.
Points not valid for cash back (unless required by law). Must use in one visit. Does not cover tax or gratuity. Cannot be combined with other offers. May only be used for services rendered. Points and coupons will only assigned and used by the account holder.
Nail Ink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty and/or referral program at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, eligibility requirements, point accumulation, reward values, redemption methods, or reward fulfillment processes.
In the event that the program is modified or discontinued, any points, rewards, or credits accumulated will have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, refunds, or store credit. Unused points will be forfeited upon program termination.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.
